Blinking Pin accepts returns for defective merchandise. Any shortages or defects in the merchandise must be reported by the customer to BP within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Before merchandise is sent back, the Customer must contact BP and get a Return Authorization Number. To contact BP regarding your return, please email us at customerservice@blinkingpin.com. Defective merchandise must be returned to BP within 14 days of receipt of order. Please make sure all returns are sent back via an insured carrier. Once BP receives the defective merchandise, we will refund or replace the defective merchandise.
Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours on all in-stock items. Most of our items are in-stock at all times.
